I made these kouign-amann based off of allrecipes recipe at https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/271049/kouign-amann/
This might just be the best parties I have ever made. They are sweet and salty, like salted caramel. They are buttery and light, crispy, and just divine. But they take a good amount of time to actually make from scratch so I also tried with pre made puff pastry, which was much fast but the real thing is so much better. Take a look at how I did it! https://youtu.be/pEvakAfhXHM |

It is quite detailed and delightfully authentic. https://www.davidlebovitz.com/long-live-the-k/ |
