Default My grilled chicken sandwich supper

We took chicken breasts out of the freezer a little too late for them to
thaw entirely for supper. When they were soft enough I sliced them in
half and smothered them with piri piri sauce and let them sit for about
an hour, but which time they were thawed. I grilled them on the gas BBQ
and served them on hamburger buns with slices tomato and very thinly
sliced red onion. Delicious.

I had a few pieces of kielbasa with a bit of kimchi on the side.... It
was quite good.
