Default Dinner Tonight 7/6/2020 Will Be

A pan fried flounder fillet. First dipped in an egg wash then dredged
in a seasoned flour/cornmeal combo. I'll use butter and a little corn
oil in a hot skillet to cook the fish. I like a little kick so I'll add
cayenne pepper along with S&P to the dry flour/cornmeal mixture.

I have any number of frozen veggies to go along with the fish. I
haven't decided yet.

I had a barbeque sandwich earlier so later on it will probably be a popsicle
or two here.

Enjoy your dinner!
