I love eggs and eat them many days a week but I do like a change so I don't
get bored with my breakfast.

I need to get through a bumper crop of chillies before the new season
starts, otherwise we'll run out of freezer space. So whatever we or I
eat has to include chillies or sambal.

Are your chilies like cherry tomatoes where one plant seems to produce
bushels of the crop?

Yes. I got many kilos from one plant. This type of (medium hot)
chillie:

Next season I want to grow habaneros again, so I need to eat these
chillies to make room.

I've never eaten one of these peppers but it is a beautiful color. Looking
at this picture, it looks like the nose of an old man.

My one "cup" is actually a mug with 13oz coffee.
I have one each morning, sometimes two but not often.

And a breakfast with eggs is also eaten for dinner here.

Plus the black beans, right?
How about a pic someday? I'd like to see that plated.

No black beans lately. Chickpeas or butter beans in the home made
hummus. I can hardly tell the difference, actually.

Consider this: EVERYTHING inside an egg is exactly sufficient to build one baby chicken!

I've often heard of an egg to be one the most perfect foods to
eat. and you are correct...if it contains all to grow a healthy
chicken, it can't be wrong.

You should add one to your STD meals.

Nope! Evolution has evidence!

https://www.pbs.org/video/africas-gr...gins-hour-one/

We Homo Sapiens now have EVIDENCE of where we came from, and it's NOT Creation! We have discovered the oldest Homo Sapiens fossils skulls ever! 200,000 years old, in a rift in Subsahara Africa! The ONLY Homo Sapiens skull fossils found ever!

And these are objective FACTS! If you want to argue, go argue with the FACTS!

In fact, I want to start a Church called The First United Church Of Facts! No spooky scriptures, just the facts!
