Default Best Pizza Doughs for Pizza Oven

So I have been working on building my own pizza oven over the past month. It
is about ready to start doing some really firing and pizza making.

Do any of you guys have advice on pizza dough? Any suggested recipes?
Also what is the best way to fire a pizza oven? This is technically a cob oven.

I made this using cob, which is a mix of clay and sand. I used about a 1:1 ratio and built up nearly 6 inches thermal mass. I made it to be modile, so during the winter I can move it to the garage so it hopefully last longer.

If you want to see how I made it, heres a link:

You might consider the comments section of a web site devoted to
the use of pizza ovens.
