I went to a grocery store in Niagara Falls that has a wide range of
ethnic foods. I wanted to get samosas and some flat breads. They had a great price on dried apricots, and they were right near the cilantro and ginger, so I got the ingredients I needed to make apricot and cilantro chutney. I had not made it for a few years. It was nice to taste the finished product and find it tasted even better than I had remembered. |

And perhaps mint or cilantro chutney as well. Cindy Hamilton |
