Default I have a pure marble slab off an old antique washstand

I use for pouring out my English Toffee syrup cooked to 310F!

PURE real marble too! The GOOD STUFF!

See http://KutheChocolates.com for the story of how I've been makingg Christmas Candy for YEARS! Since the 1980's!
