Default Pork

help- have just cooked a lovely pork shoulder, but have a lot of fat and juice
left over......what can I do with the juiice? It's like the beef dripping I
used to put on slices of bread when I was a kid...
help please!!!!!

I would use it to make gravy.

1. Defat the liquid
2. Depending on the amount use it to flavor: Noodles, Rice , Stuffing,
or make a sauce or gravy. Freeze in ice cube trays and put the frozen cubes
into a baggie. Use the cubes to enrichen the above.
