Especially when you can add all kinds of stuff to plain ice cream, like Amaretto (almond), Kahlua, Frangelico (hazelnut), peach schnapps, crème de Noyaux, crème de menthe, crème de cacao, brandy, cognac, rum & ginger beer, kirschwasser (cherry), etc..
