Default I Broke my Fast this AM!

Brown Rice, my Baked Beans, a cleaned and chopped Jalapeno, some cayenne pepper, sweet Paprika, Turmeric, Garlic Potatoes, some Mushroom flavored soy sauce, a little red wine for moisture and flavor and a questionable Mango for dessert!

Now a second Cuppa Plus! And oral hygiene.

I had a late morning.

I like more complete protein in my Break- fast. Back when I ate meat my fave Break-fast was steak and eggs. Did you know your body can make fats or carbs out of protein, but protein has to be consumed? It can't be synthesized by your body.

She had an early breakfast and an earlier morning because she got up and
went to work.

Do you remember what work is, McBitch? It's when you do something and
you get paid for it. Weird, isn't it? Wouldn't you much rather read a
book and watch hummingbirds?

I made my bed and washed dishes. Then I headed to the grocery store.
Amongst the items I bought was a ham for next week's feast.

Know about times the average man farts in a day? Ten to fifteen times.

Soooo, are you going to show up at one of the homeless shelters there in Da Loo and
set down with folks for a free turkey dinner next Thursday?? If you do, park your Leaf
several blocks away and walk in. You don't want to upset them by driving up and
appearing to be Rich! Rich! Rich! Wear your purple sweatpants so you'll really look
down and out.

I honestly *never* make my bed unless company is coming or on
the days that I change my sheets.

I also went to the grocery store yesterday. I did buy an 8oz
honey cured ham steak for whatever I decide to do with it.
Probably 4oz for ham hash (ham, potatoes and onions)
Then 4 oz to be served with raisin sauce.

I also bought almost 9lbs of sweet potatoes on sale
for only 25 cents per pound. Love the fresh crop ones
this time of year.

Milk and oats are plenty of protein for me. I also have milk in my coffee prior to breakfast.

Everybody knows that.
