Bacon wrapped chicken burnt ends
I'm trying this today on the indirect charcoal grill,
with some apple wood chunks for the smoke. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azeJTMqci3o This 0815bbq German guy has some cool ideas for grilling. I'll try to remember to take a pic of it when it's done. |
