I´m non-social too! The fact that you are 7500 miles from me brings me some
peace.

Oops, I misread the news article. I thought the town was in Australia but it's in Austria. Please pardon the inconvenience. OTOH, "****ing" sounds like an Australian town. Yoose guys should rename NSW to "NFW." That would be so cool.

'****in' is one of Australia's favourite words. "I live in ****in' New
South Wales" sounds very Australian to me.

lol I must admit I don't have problems with social distancing. Not too
hard in this village with only 14 houses and they are all scared of the
virus)

We have a whole slew too:

New ****ing Brunswick
Nova ****ing Scotia
British ****ing Columbia
Prince ****ing Edward ****ing Island

All the Canadian provinces named as singleton nouns escape, because the
common spoken english in Canada employs '****ing' as an overloaded
adjective. (I have heard 'Mani-****ing-toba though.) There are a few
really funny names for Saskachewan, but most of those are just because
Saskachewan sounds pretty funny to start with.

(Cindy can explain operator overloading, or you can look it up on Google.)

OJ time

There was an exceptionally cold snap in Saskatchewan and a couple
decided they had to get away for a vacation in the sun. They went to the
airport and bought tickets for the first plane headed for a warm climate
and ended up flying to Australia.

They got off the plane still wearing their parkas and winter hats. Two
baggage handlers saw them in their winter garb and wondered where they
had come from so one of them went over and asked where they had come
from . The Canadian proudly answered "Saskatoon Saskatchewan."

The man went back to his buddy who asked him what the guy said.
"I don't know. He doesn't speak English".

It is a nice place. Make sure to arrange accommodation before you go. I
usually wing it when I travel and luck out with nice hotels and motels.
Luckily we had taken camping gear. There were no vacancies at hotels
and motels and we went to a couple camp grounds before we found one with
one vacancy.
