Topped off with a sublingual ml of High Potency full spectrum CBD Tincture from Lazarus Naturals, with a deeply comforting effect.

Mmmmmm! :-)

I had some leftover turkey, a bit of broccoli cheese casserole, green beans,
jellied cranberry sauce, and 2 brown-n-serve rolls. Dessert was a popsicle.

Correct... last year I tried it as a sleep aid, a pal swore by it. It "worked" a coupla times, but then...

It's expensive shit, too...prolly spent two hundred bux on the stuff... Nyquil or similar works okay, much cheaper to boot...

Nyquil:
What is the ingredient that makes you sleepy in NyQuil?
Drowsiness is one of the major side effects of some antihistamines, such as diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and doxylamine succinate (the antihistamine found in Nyquil).

And LazarusNaturals.com has the lowest per mg price of any CDB products I've tried! I'm sticking with them!

Beats the heck out of me why people want to try all these goofy things to help them sleep when diphenhydramine can be had very cheaply and is highly effective.

If I had to be a vegetarian AD eat the same shit day after day, I'd
rather just have a feeding tube right into my stomach. Just stick a
funnel into there and pour the contents of the blender right into my
stomach.

I could do half-liter shots of Everclear pretty easily, too. Or
maybe a really fast IV drip for that.

Understandable, you'd miss Reuben too much. But you could still have
horse radish. There's no horse in it!

I had a salad with hard-boiled eggs on it, dressed with caper vinaigrette. Bread drizzled with olive oil.

Vegetarian, as it often happens. Lunch was lentil soup with spinach.

I'll probably eat some meat today. Kielbasa sounds good.

Too effective for me. If I take antihistamines, I'm out for like 24 hours. Same thing with
muscle relaxers.

I always thought it was the alcohol.
Probably both. Not to mention, just feeling better will help you fall
asleep.
