Me too, I like slightly cooked pancake mix with plenty of butter and syrup.

I used to make pancakes with the middle uncooked all the time when I was a kid. These days, I don't seem to be able do that anymore. Back then, I made pancakes out of Bisquick mix. These days, I make them out of Krustez mix. The pancakes also come out lighter. It must be some magical additives they use.
