I don't order a lot online but if there is something I really want I check back a little while later, often times the item is available again. It takes a little time for the information to transfer from the warehouse to the online ordering venue. People are working behind the scenes at the warehouse to take inventory and mark quantities available for shipping to who knows how many stores. It's an ongoing process. Jill |

I contacted Walmart last night about an order that has been sitting in Kent WA since the 27th. It was cereal, tea and green beans. The woman said they considered the package to be lost so she would reship what they had and refund what they were out of. No beans, no tea, and out of one kind of cereal. Because Walmart offered free shipping on any size order yesterday, I tried to order those items again. Now the beans were in store only. Had to order another brand for twice the price. The tea came in either one box, three boxes, or five boxes. I had ordered the three. It appeared to be in stock, but just in case, I went with the five boxes. I didn't bother checking on the cereal. Because the order was so delayed, I got some cereal elsewhere. We will probably run out of tea by the time I get the new order. Won't come until the 9th now. |
