Default "Baked Beans" are done 2:30PM

Cooling down on stovetop with Jiggler on. Destined for non-climate controlled Screen Room (Mother Gaia's Refrigerator) this evening and overnight!

I checked the Temps! :-) Just above freezing!

Smile, not quite cold enough here for that. Our highs are in the 40's
for the next several weeks. Normally we will have a burst of the 60's
randomly but we are also headed to bursts of the teens. Lows are at or
near freezing now.

At or near freezing IS perfect refrigerator temps! And I just replaced the Jiggler with a 4x layered square of aluminum foil cap forf better protection afainst invading bacteria!
