Default First intro to smoked Hungarian sausage

My buddy took me down to a local Italian deli. They also had smoked Hungarian sausage. I was advised to take something called Csabai. So I took one sausage. When I got home, I was disappointed that it was so dry and hard. I fired it up and it was fantastic. My version had a good amount of heat, it was very dense. This sausage needed very little bread alongside. I could eat it without bread. The less bread that is used the better. A small amount of bread is good though. A very small amount.
