Maybe Ophelia can tell us what the name is on the title bar of her
news reader. It's possible that it's Outlook, but still calls itself
Windows Live Mail behind the scenes.

Sorry just seen this. This news reader is called Windows Live Mail. Not
sure what the title bar is.

The very top of the window, where it says the name of the program. But
as you say, it's Windows Live Mail so it hasn't changed name, hasn't
become Outlook.
