Default OT One GREAT thing about EVs

They LOVE the COLD! :-)

And no antifreeze either. Or Oil, or Petroleum use!

And they are quick as a BUNNY!

How's the heater when the temp is subzero?

Just so I know what I have to look forward to when I get an EV.

Certainly does. I was very surprised at the ability of the AC in the
electric car I drove but I have no idea how the heat is. The Leaf has a
heat pump so it may be fairly efficient. Electric resistance for heated
seats would take a lot of power though.

Tesla, maybe others, have a pre-heat system that warms the batteries so
you get more power.

What's wrong with a 3.45 GPA?

Nothing wrong with it. Nothing particularly brag-worthy.

Of course, the educational institution makes a lot of difference. A 3.0 from
MIT is a lot more brag-worthy than a 4.0 from Snake Navel Community College.

I never doubted it. That's why I made up Snake Navel Community College as
my bottom-tier college for comparison purposes.

I also used 3.0 rather than your 3.45 GPA.

I went to a relatively modest state university. I needed someplace with
a good roster of evening classes, since I was working full-time while I went
to school.

Somewhere I have my Associate's Degree diploma from St. Louis Community
College, but if I had one from a school called Snake Navel Community College,
you can bet your ass that'd be framed and displayed.

I worked 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year, at the company where I am still

If you *went* to classes you might have done better and learned that
details like proper spelling are important to a career.

I *went* to every class, Dipshit! In fact, we used to joke about how we should have all just brought our $60 to each 3 credit hour class and pay it that way!

Washington University is NOT CHEAP!
