We took a break from meat tonight and had a quinoa with black beans and
feta, garlic, chili powder and cilantro. It was delicious.

Sedation would have made that 3 hours go by in 10 minutes.

Do you measure your coffee with a graduated cylinder? That´s an extremely
fine measurement.

An NBS calibrated electronic scale would be better.

False precision. I have a 20-ounce mug and asked google what that was
in ml. It wasn't worth it to me to think about what a more reasonable
estimate might be.

If I'd done the arithmetic on my calculator, I'm sure it would have given
me a bunch of digits to the right of the decimal point, which would have
been amusing to report as if they were significant.

No problem. The world would be boring if we all liked the same things.

Tonight was probably close to Italian/American with a basic pizza
(tomato sauced) and Mozz. To it was added black olives, onions, bell
pepper and 'spinach leaves' for lack of a better name (tastes just like
normal American stuff, just shaped different).

I love the Asian type stuff and that is down to dsi1

I see that as a problem. .471ml x 2 cups a day = 343.83ml a year.

11.6 ounces a year unaccounted for. Enough caffeine to power a djembe
for an hour.
