I washed sheets, dried them, folded, and then put them away.
Then I changed the filters on two air returns; also washed a
few dishes.

I baked two pans of jumbo corn muffins (12), high brown, great crust.
Unfortunately these days baked goods are sold raw.... WTF came up with
soft cookies... may as well eat cookie dough with a spoon. That's why
I don't buy pies, the crust is always raw.

De gustibus. I deliberately underbake cookies so they'll be soft.

If you don't buy pies, how can you know the crust is always raw? The
bakery where I shop bakes the pies so the crust is high brown.

The man who is quick to call other people liars has said here that he
doesn't eat pies. He doesn't like pie crust. Now he says he doesn't buy
pies because the crust is always raw.

In 1964, Sheldon bought his last pie. It wasn't from a Jewish deli, so
the crust was a bit raw. He hasn't bought a pie since. Right, Sheldon?

Different states have different standards for crusts. Michigan requires
a brown crust but New York allows for just a beige color. Bakeries get
a state issued color chart to go by.
