And the milk chocolate too!

And soon, a REAL BreakFAST. Brown rice, my own Baked Beans, spices, a jalapeno chopped, some of my Garlic Potatoes, etc. And a Mango for dessert.

Been in the single digits here all week and nothing is shut down.
All the roads here are well plowed, salted and sanded. Heating fuel
trucks are out and about. Our 500 gallon propane tank was filled
yesterday. Texass is a major heating fuel producer, WTF are they
without HEAT??? One tiny cold snap and those Tex-Mex wusses are dead
in the water. I listen to the news and laugh my ass off hearing about
Tex-Mexes are cold... hahahahahahahaha... they don't know what real
cold is... they are just slightly nippley. Just crawl into a rack
with a big tata wide hipped brown chica and youse be
schvitzing/sweating in no time... you won't mind sleeping in the wet
spot.

What amino acids are missing from vegetarian diet?
Common examples of the limiting amino acids in plant-based proteins

these, lysine appears to be to be most commonly absent, particularly

What food has all 9 essential amino acids?
Foods that contain all nine essential acids are called complete

plant proteins have lower essential amino acid contents when compared
to animal proteins.9 July 2020

It's obvious you do not understand the word "job".

Point is, Bruce asked you about about rice and beans together and you
replied some mumbo jumbo about amino acids like you're somehow more
superior about not eating meat.

He doesn't need you to tell him about not eating meat. Perhaps if he
wants your instruction in how to be a vegetarian he will ask you. Don't
hold your breath.

All your response proves to me is you don't pay a whit of attention to
anything but yourself.

A real breakfast is eggs, a breakfast meat, your choice of hash
browns and/or buttered English muffin, plus a tall, ice cold glass
of mil...wuakee's best!

Brown rice and beans is Bove fare. You two should hook up if she

I used to eat marinated flank steak and eggs to Break fast the Spring of 2003 when I spent over 1/2 my weeks whitewater kayaking on the Saint Francis, during my Vision Quest.

Brown rice has no more protein than white rice (zero), just has more
fiber... may as well add sawdust. Baked beans contain no essential
amino acid unless it's PORK and beans. Kootchie is not fit to nurse
an earthworm. Try to turn a child into a vegetarian and YOU'RE
FIRED.... pack up your rectal thermometer and get lost in da loo!

Brown rice contains 2.6 g protein per 100 g

Baked beans contain 6 protein per 100 g.

ROTFL--- you have no idea what you're talking about. That is NOT a
complete 'complete essential amino acid set' at all. It is a FACT that
these and other essential amino acids cannot be sourced from plants.

"The best sources of essential amino acids are animal proteins like
meat, eggs and poultry
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition...on%20(%202%20).

"Animal protein sources, such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy,
are similar to the protein found in your body. These are considered to
be complete sources of protein because they contain all of the
essential amino acids that your body needs to function effectively.
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition...-plant-protein

Also FYI--- A diet based on a single plant item will not be adequate,
but we no longer worry about pairing proteins (such as beans with
rice) at a single meal. Instead we look at the adequacy of the diet
overall throughout the day"

But I'm sure you prefer to just stick your head in the sand as
always---

The essential amino acids are arginine (required for the young, but not for adults), histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.

Beans lack methionine but have plenty of the others.
Brown rice has methionine.

Together the have a full complement of the essential amino acids.

Vegetarians also consume cheese, milk, and eggs, which contain the
full complement of essential amino acids.

LOL!

Skip the meat for me. Not vegetarian but the most likely 'meat' at
breakfast here is corned beef hash (canned version Don likes) or might
be a beanpot serving with smoked ham hock in it). English muffin might
be there but more apt to be toasted home made bread. Sometimes it's
the Japanese rice porridge but that takes time to set up, so a weekend
thing.

That's not true. Essential amino acids are also found in eggs, dairy,
cheese. Vegetarians easily get enough from eating those animal
products; they don't need to eat meat.

Those are animal products, same as eating meat, same as mammals
nursing on titties.
