Again, disability is handled by and paid for with Social Security funds.
If his patient's care is paid for by disability, then SS is paying John
for his work there. Indirectly through his nursing company.

John was ****ing and moaning a few weeks ago about having to buy some
sort of sticker for his wind-up car. He's also paying for road maintenance
with that sticker. They're not going to let electric cars get off scot-free and
