Default YES I am eating an early Dinner!

As I had to get the Garlic Potatoes in the refrigerator! And I DID!

And **** ALL you Nym Shifting SCUM!

And I still have enough rice for breakfast! And a FRESH BATCH of Garlic Potatoes too! In the refrigerator!

And I am NOT UNEMPLOYED! I am getting up for WORK at 4AM! At $26/hr 7A-3P!

So **** all you Naysaying SCUM!

It depends a bit. Are they obsessions that are A pointless and B
pathetic? In that case, I'd add a comma. But if he's talking about
pathetic obsessions of the pointless type, then I can imagine leaving
the comma out.

When you put obsessions in quotes, you separated it from pathetic. It
would be quite unusual to have a two word phrase where one of the
words is set apart with quotes. I maintain that you should either use a
comma after pathetic, or you should use the adverb, pointlessly to
modify pathetic.
