With the spaghetti and garlic bread, I also like some kind of salad with it. I'm planning that for lunch today. Spaghetti, one slice of garlic bread and some chopped tomatoes. Parmesan cheese and S&P. I plan my nutrition on a daily basis, not per meal. A carb heavy meal can be offset by no carbs in another meal the same day. Heck, I usually just make what sounds good on any given day. I never eat breakfast, often a big lunch, then very little for dinner. |
