Default Which of the following wines do you like for cooking?

I prefer Dom Perignon Rose Gold, Champagne, for making lime champagne sherbet.

I have sake and Shaoxing wine but I'm not much for alcohol in cooking. I can't taste the wine in dishes.

Dummy! You're not supposed to add it TO your dishes. You're supposed to
drink it while cooking your dishes. Makes them taste better. lol

I use Martini & Rossi vermouth for practically everything. My husband
uses white zinfandel in his spaghetti sauce.

I drink anything I have available while cooking pasta in plain water.
