Default Chunky(Campbell's)clam chowder

It's anything but. A rip off. It's mostly a potato chowder with the odd clam thrown in there. If you want a clam chowder, you need to purchase a can of clams and add 1/2 of it or so to their chowder. But then you're out more money.

Or you could make your own clam chowder from scratch. It's a very
easy recipe.

But for a fast lunch you can use the canned, and add clams, but I add a
whole can, plus some heavy cream and white pepper.

For a fast lunch I think I'd rather have a quesadilla. Or some leftover
soup that I'd made myself. Lately I've been making a big pot of soup
every weekend and having it for lunch throughout the week.
