On Sunday we had pork tenderloin that had been marinated in a bunch of
stuff that included ancho peppers in adobo sauce. Last night I used
some of the leftover peppers to make some refried black beans. I
slivered the tenderloin and heated it up, made some guacamole and some
pico de gallo and made tacos with it.

Yesterday I had tuna salad sandwiches and there was enough left for
another sandwich today. I warmed up a couple tortillas, put cheese on on
one and then the tuna salad on top and grilled both sides. Delicious.
