What, now lavender TP is available in printed TP patterns? Trying to
get a rise out of Gary?

The one on the right - Yes, dammit! I posted about it last year
when it was all I could get during the TP Crisis. And I didn't know
it was scented.

And this is FINALLY the last roll before I can move on to REAL
UNSCENTED TP. I even took a roll of cheap-ass TP from a porta potty
a few months ago just so I could get a lavender break.

Woodstock concert: "Don't use the brown acid. The brown acid is bad"

Today: "Don't use the lavender toilet paper. The lavender toilet paper
is bad"

LOL

The first time I bought that, I had already opened the pack of 12 double
rolls before I noticed the smell. Couldn't return it to the store but I
didn't want it. I hated to just throw it away so I asked 2-3 neighbors
if they wanted it (for free). None did.

I ended up using it all. Just one roll on the holder wasn't too bad,
just slightly annoying. The rest I kept sealed in a plastic bag to
contain the smell.

Couple of years later, I accidently bought another 12-pack of the
scented. (not paying close attention to the similar labels)

This time I had left it in my van for awhile before going out to bring
it inside. Next trip out, my van reeked of it. Since I hadn't opened
that one, I was able to return it to the store the next morning and
exchange for the unscented kind.

I pay attention to what I buy now. I learned my lesson.

It's interesting that they still make this. Somebody must like that smell.

Actually, the scent of lavender can be rather calming. I occasionally
spritz lavender scented "linen water" on my clean sheets and pillow
cases. Perhaps it's psychosomatic but it helps me relax so I sleep
better. But no, I do not want lavender scented toilet paper. I don't
use air fresheners (plug-ins or sprays). I don't use strongly scented
laundry detergent and sure as heck don't add scented laundry "booster"
crystals to the washing machine. Talk about overkill. It's kind of
like getting into an elevator with someone who used scented soap,
scented body spray and topped it off with perfume. Ugh!
