Best cheesecake I ever had, I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies one
day and used those for a crust (crumbled with some melted butter) the
next day. Filled it with plain vanilla cheesecake filling and baked
until done. The best of two worlds.

Tried it another time with commercial CC cookies and it wasn't so good.
