If you have insurance they may bill your insurance for giving the injection but not for the vaccine itself as the government is paying for it. Health Resources and Services Administrations Provider Relief Fund If, say, a doctor or pharmacy give the injection they can bill the government for $40 per shot for doing the stab. It was $23 but it was recently increased. No guessing, just the facts. |

Those WITH prescription insurance, are getting some it paid by their insurance companies. Sounds like "double dipping" to me. If it's truly free to all US citizens, the insurance companies shouldn't have to pay any part of it either. |
