It's very nice of you to be glad that the oatmeal he can prepare ahead
of time assists with not having an upset stomach so he is able to go

We assume every product is at least 50% sugars, unless boldly
stated as "sugar free". Then it can contain no more than 49% sugar.

It makes our flatus sweet, as you know master.

She thinks she's so superior because she can cook oatmeal. Let me tell you - I'm the King of oatmeal! I used to cook it every morning for my mother-in-law. I used to put in a secret ingredient so that she'd eat it. Unfortunately, I can't remember what that ingredient was. That's the beaks.

I would never have stopped, but my eyes aged and I couldn't hit the
damn flies with the bb gun anymore.

I never could afford ammo to throw in the campfire, but I stole a
few cans of hair spray that worked pretty well. Makes a good torch too.

½ cup of dry rolled oats
1 cup of water
dash of salt

Cook in the microwave, remove and add 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 or 3 heaping
spoons of sugar, splash of milk or heavy cream. Stir all together and dive in.
Besides tasting great and being filling, oatmeal is a cholesterol reducer.

That's good because heavy cream is a cholesterol increaser.

Personally, I don't think you've missed anything by not having it. To me,
it smells awful when it's cooking in the microwave. Very strong chemical
smell.

What a good man. I do hope the oatmeal, raisins
and sugar benefited and overcame whatever the task was.

Don't listen to soyboy's irrational and outdated opinions: advice:

Nutrition of heavy whipping cream

Heavy whipping cream is mostly fat, so it’s high in calories. It’s
also rich in choline, fat-soluble vitamins, and certain minerals.
One-half cup (119 grams) contains (11Trusted Source):

Calories: 400
Protein: 3 grams
Fat: 43 grams
Carbs: 3 grams
Vitamin A: 35% of the Reference Daily Intake (RDI)
Vitamin D: 10% of the RDI
Vitamin E: 7% of the RDI
Calcium: 7% of the RDI
Phosphorus: 7% of the RDI
Choline: 4% of the RDI
Vitamin K: 3% of the RDI

The fat in heavy whipping cream is primarily saturated fat, which was
long thought to contribute to the development of heart disease.

However, current research does not show a strong link between dairy
fat intake and heart disease. In fact, emerging research suggests that
eating saturated fat may help protect against heart disease (12Trusted
Source, 13Trusted Source).

Heavy whipping cream also contains choline and vitamins A, D, E, and
K, all of which play vital roles in your health.

For example, vitamin A is essential for eye health and immune
function, while choline is critical to early brain development and
metabolism (14Trusted Source, 15Trusted Source).

Furthermore, heavy whipping cream contains calcium and phosphorus, two
minerals that are necessary for healthy bones (16Trusted Source).

Well he did say, "That's the beaks." Maybe the secret ingredient was
ground chicken beaks.

We did that once on a boy scout camping trip.
Tossed an unopened can of pork&beans on the bed of hot coals then ran
back and waited.

Few minutes later it exploded with a muffled "WHUMP" sound. Both ends of
the can had blown out and the round part was straightened a bit.
Beans all over the nearby trees and a few of the tents.

It was pretty cool. :-D

Now they use various bad-ass missles and for up close threats to ships,
the Navy has those very deadly Phalanx guns...4,500 rounds per minute.

I grabbed a small thing of Quaker Oats once. Stupidly didn't look at the
label. Turned out to be "Quick 1-minute oats." It's just ground whole
oats but too mushy for me.

I did save it though...might be good for oat cookies someday or
something else.

Ingredient are : Whole grain rolled oats
Nothing else added.

Just different schedules for different people, Jill.
I often like a small snack late. Last night around 11pm, I had 3
pancakes with butter. That's all...no syrup or anything else. Was quite
tasty.

When I work at home, I usually work all night for however long it takes.
No different from a day job except for different schedule.

Even when I don't work, I like the late night hours for tv and reading
and I *always* get up by 4am. On non-working days, I get some of my
sleep in the mid-afternoons. Those hours (1pm-5pm) have always been the
boring hours of the day to me anyway.

That's the beaks? That's just so crazy. My guess is that the secret ingredient was sugar. Sugar is always the secret ingredient. For my mother-in-law, I didn't use instant oatmeal. Ha ha, that would be disrespectful!
My guess is that McDonald's uses instant oatmeal for their McOatmeal. As I recall, it's pretty good stuff. I could go for some right now. Not because I think it's tasty. I'm just really hungry.

My husband and I go to bed around 8:30 and he gets up at midnight
for his pill and snack. I wake up at 4 am and pad off for coffee and
online newspapers. When 5:30 or 6 rolls around I wake him up.

The real Master druce also uses several news hosts, a multitude of
