If you love someone, you adjust your schedule when they are sick.
Even if it is forever.

He is lucky to have you. Folks that have never been through this
can not understand.

'Real'? They're all real, Hank! He just pretends they are fake Bruces to
make people like you & I think that there are enough others pointing out
his asshololic trolling that we can let our guard down.

In the way it was discredited years ago, including by the AHA and FDA.

The old, outdated advice has been the number one cause of the massive
increase in obesity, as carbohydrate consumption has increased
dramatically ever since people started reducing fat intake decades
ago, mistakenly thinking all fats = 'cholesterol'.

I have missed out on that debate completely. I'm still trying to
work out if statins are as good as some people say or as bad as
others say.

That was the fake Bruce.

Here's what Mayo Clinic say:
"Eating saturated fat, found in animal products, and trans fats, found
in some commercially baked cookies and crackers and microwave popcorn,
can raise your cholesterol level. Foods that are high in cholesterol,
such as red meat and full-fat dairy products, will also increase your
cholesterol."

And the American Heart Association:
"From a dietary standpoint, the best way to lower your cholesterol is
reduce your intake of saturated fat and trans fat. The American Heart
Association recommends limiting saturated fat to less than 6% of daily
calories and minimizing the amount of trans fat you eat."

And then there are kooks, such as fake Bruce, who say this is all
"complete bullshit"
