Then, don't look for a Mexican recipe. You mentioned Guatemala and Managua in Nicaragua. Their recipes should do.

Put Churassco in your search engine. You will find many recipes for
it and none are Mexican -- a lot of them Brazilian. Apparently the
sauce is chimichurri or close to it.

You are just as much a part of the off-topic stuff here as anyone else.

5% of her posts are informing people that they're replying to an old post. It probably seems important at the time but nobody's going to give a shit about it in the year 2121.

The posts from the past are a lot more enlightening than the contemporary psychos-on-parade posts that are awash here. That's the breaks.

This thread might have been a goodie if someone had provided an actual recipe.

And your addressing the OP directly ("Then, don't look for a Mexican recipe"),
27 years later as if he/she were still here, is just weird.

Yeppers. It is a pretty lame claim to say he was trying to some oldies
are goodies when you have to go back 27 years. That is every bit as
lame as some newbie showing up and responding to an golden oldie post.
We know from experience that they will disappear. It would be much
easier for me to believe that someone was in the habit of doing that and
forgot to nymshift that time.

Its kind of a one-eyed-king-of-the-blind-flies thing, though. It happens.
