I have doors, windows and a wall in driveway going in. Big bucks but needed.. Roof is 2 yo.
I cook pretty good to boot.
Wall is versa loc, 2 sections, 9 tousand bucks.

It is code for I can cook, roof but not build walls. I do it sans copper for 100k less than our best roofer.

They are calling for 5 cm of snow here on Wednesday. I will make sure
not to leave my potted herbs outside. 41 years ago when I was working on
a road crew we had a serious snow fall on April 21. I got called into
work around dinner time. I don't remember how much snow we had but it
was very wet, heavy snow and my plow truck spent the almost the entire
shift in low gear.

A year or two after I retired we had a similar snow fall in mid April. I
looked out the window and saw about 6 inches of slushy snow, more grey
than white. Too heave to shovel and too slushy for the snow blower. I
had nowhere to go. It melted by the next morning.
