Default Sqwertz's Saucy Spheres

Since I just got bombarded with dozens of emails asking for pictures
and recipes for my "Sqwertz's Saucy Spheres" when I mentioned it in
my last post just 4 minutes ago, here it is for all.

They are pre-made meatballs from the freezer broiled for 10-12
minutes in the toaster oven, then thrown into a sauce of sauteed
chopped sweet onion, mostly beef (and chicken) stock thickened with
corn starch slurry, FGBP, and a big glob of sour cream the last
couple minutes, and served over mini penne. It's Swedish meatballs
minus the parsley, allspice, paprika, and egg noodles (was out of
all that). With its signature raw brussel sprout garnish to
distinguish it from imposters.

Soon to be to the menus at all the Michelin 4-starred restaurants
across the globe starting at as little as $69/plate!

FWIW, Breakfast was a big Digiorno 3-meat danish.

Lol! You got "dozens of emails" only 4 minutes later yet no mention of
it here in RFC. I do recognize a joke though as I do it often here.

You won't ever "Beat Bobby Flay" with that dish.

We've been binge-watching BBF. The judges would say it needs
more color and a pop of acid to cut through all the richness. Maybe
an arugula salad with a sherry vinaigrette.

Then again, Sqwertz didn't enter it in a competition.

Yeah, I like that show. Back to back episodes for about 6 hours every
Thursday. I at least flip to it during judging times if I'm watching
something else.

Past history: I've often told Steve that he probably had a good chance
to Beat Bobby. He cooks good stuff.

Now that you mention it, they do. That's probably why he named
them spheres instead of balls, don'tcha think?

I have a friend. He's not a real friend, just a FB friend, and we've shared
a few communications back and forth. He's an Englishman and a
minor celebrity, and I'm a bit of a fan. He inspired this dish.
