Twilight on the Deck
Of Steve's Steakhaus.
Seasoned Prime Tri-Tip sous vide 133.5F for 8 hours, seared in cast iron, then sliced and plated with a small baked gold potato (sour cream, butter, pepper), brussel sprouts, a roll, and fresh horseradish cream sauce (microplaned horseradish, sour cream, mayo, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt). https://i.postimg.cc/P5SmQZyW/Twighlight-Steakhouse.jpg Twilight doesn't make for good photo lighting. -sw |
