Default Dinner 5/2/21 - A Bit of Leftover Steak Stir-fry

(filet minon) from last night, thinly sliced and stir-fried with fresh
slivered yellow squash and thawed baby snow pea pods in light sesame
oil. I'm not going to embellish and say I added garlic or onions or
ginger or all sorts of spices or Asian hot sauces or any such thing. I
simply added a couple of splashes of soy sauce. That's it. Vegetables
cooked tender, slightly crisp, and the seared steak from the night
before was practically rare to begin with so it turned out med-rare. I
kept it very simple. Aside from the soy sauce, only S&P to season the
vegetables as the meat had already been seasoned. I did not serve it
over rice or any sort of noodles. Just ate a bowl of stir-fried beef
and veggies. Tasty!
