My friend was in Idaho for a baseball game. They made some Spam musubi for the kids. The kids loved it. How peculiar.

I've been eating poke salad at sushi restaurants for years as an
appetizer. When they started popping up as full-scale eateries, i went a
few times for lunch. I didn't walk away full and the serving was
more-or-less what I could get as an appetizer at a sushi
restaurant. Hey, at least I tried.

I love SPAM. I'd go to your thing and try it out if it were local to me.

I haven't made musubi for a very long time, but I still have a neat
plexiglass musubi press gadget that worked very well.

I always made a sauce and fried the spam before making the musubi.
But it's been so damn long, my memory is unreliable.
