Default Chicken Wok Chow

For the women on Motherīs Day, I made an old favorite of ours. I also made
up the name, but itīs appropriate.
Itīs basically bite-sized chunks of chicken breast that have been marinated
in soy sauce and ginger, and in this case, broccoli, cauliflower, bias sliced
carrots, celery and bean sprouts, cooked in a wok, thickened with a corn
starch slurry and served over rice.
I like pea pods in mine, but it isnīt Fathers Day. Neither of them is my
mother. Iīm a Mensch.

You should experiment with tossing in some fresh or rehydrated chow
fun noodles in there. With oyster sauce and light chicken stock to
make it wetter (you didn't say what used to "wetter" it above, but
you used cornstarch to thicken something....)
