Default Tuesday night dinner

He had steak on Sunday and the leftovers on Monday to make Thai style
rolls. After two nights in a row with beef we went vegetation tonight
with one of my wife's favourites, quinoa with garlic and chili powder,
red pepper, black beans, cilantro and feta.

I went vegetarian too. Just a salad with a bit of cheese.

This afternoon I took my daughter to lunch and ate more than usual at
noon.

You usually end up with: "It was delicious".

Vegetarian for dinner here, too. Vegetable soup with cheese and bread.

Lunch was a pastrami Reuben, though.

As restaurants are closed, my son couldn't take his wife out to celebrate
her b/day. So I made her the seafood lasagne that she adores. I bought too
much fish and shrimp and there was some sauce and cheese leftover so I
dumped them in a dish and baked it with the lasagne. It was a sort of fish
pie/stew but delicious:-)

Sorry. It was delicious. It would have been a little better with a
little more chili powder. I usaally make it and add the extra, but my
wife sticks to recipes. Never the less, it was delicious.
