Well, given the hypothetical that they did shoot first. If I were in
the woods and someone took a shot in my direction on purpose you can
but your sweet *** that I'm firing back, but not warning shots. I'd
defy any court to convict me under those circumstances, assuming of
course that it could be proved who took the first shots which would be
extremely difficult.

If the CSI type shows are not full of shit the police have techniques to
determine EXCACTLY who fired what from where and when.

That was do in large part to incompetent prosecution. What's her name
was a stupid **** and her sidekick was a token black.

The jury was predominantly black women who as a group have the best
tendency to look the other way when they get slapped around by their
man.

That's what Cochran wanted and he got it. He outlawered them, to him
it's a game and he won.

It might have been different now with better DNA.

but libs leave off the second part-
