Default Trick

There is so much going on during T'giving cooking that I have a
variety of lists, in particular a schedule of what goes in the oven
and when, when to prepare the garnish, the mirepoix, warm the soup,
etc.

Can't thumbtack these lists to the over-the-counter cabinets.

Solution: threre exist metal over-the-door coat hanger. Thin metal,
about 1" wide. not designed to support more than a light coat or
three shirts on hanger. Fits right over the cabinet door - use a
magnet to hold the list in place; or tape it to the hanger. - Mike

LOL I do kind of the same thing, only I put mine in those plastic
protector sheets that you get for notebooks and hang them from the
cabinet knobs with a rubber band slipped through the top hole.
