Butternut squash

I've tried freezing and canning it after it was fully cooked and it still
doesn't come out right, like it has hard spots, to it, can anyone help me
out? Thanks a bunch, Carol In WI

I'm the louisiest cook in the world, but I heard Emeril the other day, talk
about curing "lumps and clumps" in gravy.
He said "don't worry about lumps at all, just put the gravy in a blender for
a short time"

Could that work for you?
Best----
Ron
