I've tried freezing and canning it after it was fully cooked and it still
doesn't come out right, like it has hard spots, to it, can anyone help me out? Thanks a bunch, Carol In WI |

I'm the louisiest cook in the world, but I heard Emeril the other day, talk
about curing "lumps and clumps" in gravy. He said "don't worry about lumps at all, just put the gravy in a blender for a short time" Could that work for you?
