Crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside, wonderful flavour, choice of
white/wholemeal/grain etc and large selection of salad-style fillings
They're especially good if you get there when they've just baked a batch,
and have one still warm.

Well, there's at least one in Sydney in the vicinity of my frequent visits,
so I guess I'll give it a try... And yes, warm bread always seems to taste a
little better - a pity that that's another area Subway now commonly falls
down in - their "baked on the premises" bread never seems to have been "just
baked" when I get there. :^(

I'll be interested to see what O'Brien's Gourmet Sandwiches are like when
they finally make it here to the Eastern states from Perth.
