Default authentic sicilian recipes?

I'm looking for a source of authentic Sicilian recipes. I spent three
years living there, and I'd like to try recreating some of those
dishes in my kitchen.

Thanks

The book "Sicilian Cookery" by Euphemia Azzolina Pupella (what a great name)
is wonderful. I bought it in Sicily but you might be able to find it here
(or wherever you are).

Here is one site of sicilian recipes:
http://home.insightbb.com/~fselvaggi...ianrecipe.html

It was the first site when doing a search from
http://theory.stanford.edu/~amitp/recipe.html .
This site uses the Google search engine but they wrapped it with something
to search for recipes with a given ingredent. I just typed in 'sicilian' (no
quotes) and got 'about 122,000' hits.

Good luck.

Maybe this guy will come out with a Sicilian cookbook:

He sounds like the real thing.

Try www.theartisan.net - not strictly Sicilian, but very, very good, and I
think some of the recipes are identified as Sicilian.
