Default Electric cooking sucks!!!

Thanks to the high winds in the northeast, most everybody lost power
today. Couldn't do much other than tuna salad. Dinner in the dark.

Now I remember why electric stoves/ovens suck!

LOL I do hear there's these newfangled things called "candles" and "oil
lamps" so folks don't have to eat in the dark

Sorry to hear about it. I've had some experience with what you're
going through, and it's unpleasant, to say the least.
