Default Tis the season & Happy Chanukah

I assume most of use will be either the host/hostess or the guest(s) this
Holiday season.

BTW Happy Chanukah where appropriate.

I was wondering in your opinion:

Which is more difficult being the host or guest?
What in your opinion makes a good host guest?
