Sounds tasty
too early for me though...I'm not awake enough to cook yet. Only on my
second cup of coffee.

Two eggs over medium, black pudding, mushrooms sautéed in butter, broiled
tomato, toasted oatmeal bread, grapefruit juice, and tea.

It's a kind of sausage made from coagulated pig's blood, oats, and
seasonings.

Mmmmmmm, I just finished scrambled eggs with guacamole (left over from last
night)on the side. It was really good. I'd never thought of doing that
before!

I'm *thinking* about making breakfast, although by the time I galvanize
myself into action it might just qualify as brunch or even lunch. 2 eggs
scrambled (soft, with a bit of grated cheese), 3 sausage links, grits.

It's a staple in the UK and parts of Europe. Not too much different from
boudin rouge (red sausage) if you are familiar with that particular Cajun
item, except the Cajuns use rice instead of oats as a filler.

Touch of sour cream, bit of fresh salsa and you are there! Warm
tortillas on the side.

Of course, my home-roasted coffee.

I had left over fried rice with smoked chicken for breakfast. Tomorrow will
probably be cheese.

Indeed - breakfast can be a lot more interesting if you get away from the
traditional items (good as they are).

Yeppers, I think we'd have a blast and we'd definitely need a designated
driver!
